We offer free exchanges on orders within Pakistan.  All shipping costs to send back exchanges are incurred on the customer. Once we receive your exchange, a replacement will be shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and Holidays) if the desired product is in stock. Shoes must be in original condition (not worn outside) and must have all original packaging.

Returns Policy

Footwear purchased within 14 days can be returned against full refund. Return the product along with the Sales receipt (provided on E-mail). We will only accept items not worn, used or damaged and returned in their original condition with the accessories. Refunds will be credited once your return is processed.

Returns Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to our warehouse.  We recommend that you ship via DHL or Leopards which gives you a tracking number.

Refund of Shipping Costs                                                 

We are unable to provide a shipping refund for returned items. In the event there is a defect in the shoe, please email pictures to returns@culzado.com, and we will refund all delivery charges and send out a replacement free of charge.

Custom order policy

Send an email at bespoke@culzado.com, containing the images of the footwear and a description in terms of material to be used, for any amendments in current articles being produced by CULZADO you can contact our representative or email us at bespoke@culzado.com. Our representatives will contact you shortly after your query has been received.
